Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

For your return to be accepted, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Have all original tags and packaging included
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once approved, we'll provide full instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Shipping instructions will be shared once your return request is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at stylixcare@gmail.com and we'll resolve it without delay.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (where applicable)

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
